My favorite place to study is the library. First, it has the appropriate temperature. I don't have to bring any clothes because it is too cold, or I don't have to take off any clothes because it is too hot. Second, it is very silent. Everyone wants to study in a silent condition, so they are keeping silent. So I can concentrate on studying.

I prefer the humurous stories that make me laugh. First, it reduces stress. While laughing, you can get rid of bad memories or events in your mind. Thus you forget the bad emotions so you can be happy. And second, you can make more friends. Humans tend to like people who laugh or people who show their bright personalities.

Sensory receptiors are refered as the structures that detect changes in an animal's external and internal environment. Cats have several nerve endings which respond to various sensations, and those are developed in whiskers, on cat's face. They are touch-sensative, and detect very slight motions, such as air-cons(?). They are important in sensing and investigating. When there are very little light, and the eyes can't work well, their whiskers help them investigate and sense.

The woman's problem is that there is a special event about the penal discuss about the politics, and it will be on TV. However, the woman has a meeting with tutor. The man suggests two options. First, he asks her to cancel or change time. But it will be hard becasue she is busy, and she needs a lot of time for the test. And second, he suggests record the penal disscuss and watch it later. However, the woman doesn't have VCR. So the man tells her to asks for another person to record it. In my opinion, the second option would be better. First, she can watch it at any time. If she is busy right now because of the test, then she can watch it after the test. And second, it will save time.

The several three types of learning disabilites which can affect the child's ability to learn.(?) The first one is dislexia. The child has a normal vision, and intelligent, but they have trouble in reading because they perceive differently. They would have troubles in school works, such as tests, or exams. The second one is to translating their thoughts into writings. They usually communicate well, but they have trouble in writing, and spellings. The third one is the inability to focus on test for long time. Because they have problems in sitting or paying attention to one thing for long time, they would have hard time making friends, and doing some school works.

John,
Overall, you need to spend more time on answering each question and devloping your ideas. Don't worry as much on actual speaking length and start focus on DEVELOPING YOUR IDEAS more. Below are some changes in grammar and word choice I made.
Q1
My favorite place to study is the library. First, it has an appropriate temperature for studying. I don't have to bring any clothes because it is too cold, or take off any clothes because it is too hot. Second, it is silent. Everyone wants to study in peace, so they keep silent. So, I can concentrate on studying and get a lot of work done.
Q2
I prefer humorous stories that make me laugh. First, it reduces stress. While laughing, you can get rid of bad memories or events in your mind. For example, if I have a tough day at school, like I get a bad score on a test or something, I can read a funny story and just forget about it. Thus, you can just forget the bad emotions and be happy. And second, you can make more friends. Humans tend to like people who laugh or people who show their bright personalities. And if we read more funny stories then we are more likely to want to share these stories with others, making us more friendly and likeable.

The woman is in agreement with the statement about the new credit requirements. First, she agrees with the dean that students need stronger math and writing skills. Both math and writing are important to all businesses. Many business require their employees to be strong writers. She gave an example of an employee writing a company e-mail, stating that on the report, it would be strange if there are mistakes in the writing.

The woman's problem is that there is a special event involving a panel discussion about politics, and it will be on TV. However, the woman has a meeting with her tutor and although she would like to attend the panel discussion, she feels obligated to keep her appointment with her tutor. The man suggests two options. First, he asks that she cancel or change the time of her appointment. But it will be hard becasue she is busy, and she needs a lot of time to study for the test. And second, he suggests recording the panel disscussion and watching it later. However, the woman doesn't have a VCR. So the man tells her to ask another person to record it. There are three types of learning disabilites which can affect a child's ability to learn. The first one is dislexia. The dislexic child has normal vision, and is intelligent, but they have trouble in reading because they perceive differently. They have trouble doing school work, such as tests, or exams.
The second learning disability involves an inability to translate thoughts into writing. They usually communicate well, but they have trouble in writing, and spelling.
The third learning disability mentioned in the lecture was the inability to focus on a test for long time. The professor called this Attention Deficit Disorder. Because students with ADD have problems sitting or paying attention to one thing for long time, they, in turn, have a hard time making friends, and doing school work.
